I filled the room with crushed paper balls I had made

from images and text from my life: a box of old photos, post cards, printed emails, book pages, etc.; and shifted the sculptures around throughout my one-month residency at the headlands.

In a workshop participants created their own 3-d collages from materials they brought with them or found on site and added their pieces to the project.
